We also offer one-to-one services to executive professionals, recent graduates in the Human Service industry, and those considering starting a Nonprofit or Social Service program in their community.

Professional Coaching (One-to-One Service)

Rather you are a new or aspiring Social Worker, or Human Service Professional, or an Executive Professional with years of experience, we can offer coaching and mentorship for an affordable hourly rate, or you could benefit from a monthly subscription with dedicated support and tailored Achievement Plans.

Agency Consultation 

This is for organizations and businesses that wish to receive consulation on their agency practices and strategies to improve or revitalize their programs and services for members of the urban community. This can include support to improve community engagement strategies, developing community partnerships, improving service enrollment, community surveying, hosting focus groups, and more. Rates are fixed, but can vary based on length of time. Book a phone call to discuss your agency's needs.

Professional Development & Training

We can offer training across various industries to professionals that engage members of urban communities. Trainings include topics such as: Cultural Considerations When Engaging Multisystem Support, Family Dyamics and It's Impact on Engagement in Services, and more. Training topics can be developed upon request and some CEUs could be available for LSW and LPC Professional. Contact us to discuss
